1. How do I choose the right size?
Every body is unique. Therefore, we ask you to follow our measuring guide which you will find on the product page. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to us – we will help you with personal guidance.
2. Can I order a corset in my size?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders. Follow the measurement instructions and select the “custom” option when ordering the product.
3. How long does it take to make?
The production of a personalized item takes between 7 and 14 business days , depending on the complexity and workload. We will always inform you in advance if a delay is expected.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless proven to be defective. See return policy for details.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe and worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. If you don't see your country, please contact us.
6. How do I take care of my corset?
Corsets are delicate items. We recommend hand washing with lukewarm water and a gentle detergent , without wringing. Air dry in the shade. More information can be found in the accompanying card upon receipt.
7. Can I place a gift order?
Of course! We offer gift wrapping and can include a personalized message. Please mention this in your order notes.
