However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully below.
1. Custom-made and personalized items
According to Article 57, point 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you do not have the right to withdraw from a purchase when the ordered item is:
- made to your individual measurements;
- personalized (eg, choice of fabric, color, decorative elements);
- created based on your sketch, idea, or a customized model.
These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a proven manufacturing defect is present.
2. Returns of standard (non-customized) products
If you have purchased a standard, non-customized product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used or worn.
- The item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- It is accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
